No Cancellations, No Refunds

All ticket sales are final. We do not offer cancellations, refunds, or transfers under any circumstances. This policy ensures we can continue to deliver a high-quality experience while respecting the time and resources of our team, brand partners, and venues.

Attempting to bypass this policy by disputing payments with your provider will result in removal from future events, our email list, and all social platforms.

Please note: gift bags and sponsored items are reserved for event attendees only. If you're unable to attend, these items will not be shipped or made available for pickup. They are intended to enhance our shared experience during the event and cannot be provided in cases of cancellation or no-shows.

All ticket sales are final. We do not offer cancellations, refunds, or transfers under any circumstances.

In cases where a refund is approved, the amount refunded will exclude any non-refundable transaction fees. If you dispute a payment with your bank or payment plan provider without following the outlined cancellation process, you will be permanently removed from all future events, our email list, and social platforms.

3. Gift Bag & Sponsorship Policy

Gift bags and sponsor items are strictly reserved for attendees who are present at the event. If you are unable to attend, you will not be eligible to receive these items. We do not offer shipping or alternative arrangements for gift bags or sponsored products.

4. Code of Conduct

We strive to create a welcoming, supportive environment for all event attendees. As such, we require that all participants adhere to our Code of Conduct:

• Respect all attendees, staff, and venue partners.
• Be mindful of language and behavior to ensure a positive experience for everyone.
• Any form of disrespectful or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate removal from the event and future events.

• Personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings.
• Any issues arising from third-party vendors, sponsors, or venue partners.

We reserve the right to change event details, dates, or locations as necessary.
