We require 72 hours' notice for a refund—this respects the hard work of our team, brand sponsors, and venue partners. Cancellations outside this window will not be refunded, and your spot may be offered to someone else.

Attempting to bypass this policy by disputing payments with your payment plan provider will result in removal from our events, email list, and social platforms.

Please note that gift bags and sponsorship items are reserved for event attendees only. If you are unable to attend, these items will not be shipped or made available for pickup. They are intended to enhance our shared experience during the event and cannot be provided in cases of cancellation or no-shows.

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website, participation in House of Movement events, and all related purchases. By accessing our website or purchasing an event ticket, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Event Cancellation Policy

• We require 72 hours' notice for cancellations in order to process a refund.
• Cancellations made after the 72-hour window will not be refunded.
• In cases where a refund is approved, the amount refunded will exclude any non-refundable transaction fees.
• If you dispute a payment with your bank or payment plan provider without following the outlined cancellation process, you will be permanently removed from all future events, our email list, and social platforms.

3. Gift Bag & Sponsorship Policy

• Gift bags and sponsor items are strictly reserved for attendees who are present at the event.
• If you are unable to attend, you will not be eligible to receive these items. We do not offer shipping or alternative arrangements for gift bags or sponsored products.

4. Code of Conduct

We strive to create a welcoming, supportive environment for all event attendees. As such, we require that all participants adhere to our Code of Conduct:

• Respect all attendees, staff, and venue partners.
• Be mindful of language and behavior to ensure a positive experience for everyone.
• Any form of disrespectful or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate removal from the event and future events.

5. Liability

By attending any of our events, you acknowledge that House of Movement is not responsible for:

• Personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings.
• Any issues arising from third-party vendors, sponsors, or venue partners.
• We reserve the right to change event details, dates, or locations as necessary.

7. Changes to Terms & Conditions
